Course fees are as stated on our website, and we reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect courses for which you have already paid. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your purchase.
4.4 Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment if you have not accessed more than 20% of the course materials.
- To request a refund, you must contact us through our website's contact form.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
- Processing of refunds may take up to 14 business days.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our criteria.

8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CYPRUSPAYROLL ACADEMY, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES;
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; AND
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE CLAIM GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY.
